Each order is processed in 1-2 business days before it is shipped. We only accept and process orders within the United States. We use United Parcel Service for our shipping carrier.

We guarantee that our prices are the lowest. If you purchase a product from DivaCostumeWigs and you find the same product at a lower price, we will refund you the difference.

Free Shipping:

If your pretax order is more than $88, the system will automatically give you free UPS Ground shipping. The shipping is only available in the 48 contiguous United States.

Returns/Refund, and Cancellation Policies:

We do not accept returns.

All sales are final, unless the product is defective and then we will allow an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange you must email your notification to davidlawrenceproducts@yahoo.com within 2 business days of receipt of product. We will email back a return merchandise authorization(RMA) number which must be included on your invoice for the exchange and we must receive the product back in new and unused condition (Do not remove any tags or packaging) within 5 business days of receiving your RMA number. The customer is responsible for paying all shipping charges both ways. Any collect shipments will be refused. Only one exchange will be allowed per eligible item and the exchange must be for an item which is of equal or greater value.

Unauthorized and ineligible exchanges will incur a 50% unauthorized product re-stocking fee.

You can cancel an order on the same day you placed the order or on the next day up until 10am est. If your order is not cancelled within that time period, then your order can not be cancelled and it will be processed.
