Although Gidget was portrayed by several actresses, this 60’s pageboy bouffant style( white ribbon in the front) costume wig closely matches Sally Fields hairstyle. She portrayed Gidget in 1965. The TV show was cancelled in 1966. We are sure Sally Field was pretty disappointed the show was cancelled but she still keeps a similar version hairstyle currently as the Gidget costume wig.
